Each week we will review charting, previous week's exercises, food and nutrition - make a copy of the food diary so you can duplicate it and use each week - it's completely fillable online or can be printed.
You will also receive an educational piece and handouts along with a lesson to complete and a visualization or meditation.
We will be using the information you provide to determine supplements and what we need to tweek for your personal goals and desires. This program will be designed according to your personal hormone and fertility concerns and issues.
We will meet every two or three weeks, whichever works for your schedule. We will review all the materials you received in between appointments.

Along the way we will evaluate nutritional protocols and supplement as needed. I have spent years researching supplements and protocols. I love the supplements we will be using. We will be able to design protocols that are most helpful for your unique situation. I use the products and feel very confident using them with my clients. Previously it was challenging to get everything in one place. We will be able to address your specific needs.
